GUINEA | Support for strengthening the institutional, organisational and operational capacities of FODIP
As part of the FIERE program (Formation, Insertion, Entrepreneuriat, Résilience) implemented by Enabel, I&P Conseil has engaged Red Mangrove to help structure procedures for reviewing SME financing applications and strengthen the operational capacities of the teams at FODIP.
Red Mangrove‘s mission consisted of: :
- Leading a co-construction workshop within FODIP aimed at defining and structuring SME financing procedures, particularly within the framework of the FIERE programme’s financial mechanism;
- Designing harmonised analysis and decision-making tools for the assessment of financing applications (due diligence checklist, financial evaluation grids, selection matrix and application summary format);
- Designing and facilitating training courses for FODIP teams, including developing the syllabus and holding three practical workshops on preparing and analysing credit applications.
- Implementing an individual mentoring programme to support teams in the practical application of the procedures and tools developed.
