As part of the ICR Facility which supports public and private organisations in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries in creating a more conducive, sustainable and inclusive business environment and investment climate, Expertise France mandated Effectus and Red Mangrove for knowledge management support on funding opportunities through honorary loans for SMEs and start-ups in the ACP countries.
This support took the form of: a blog post on the subject, the animation of a webinar as well as a policy paper on financing opportunities through honorary loans for SMEs and startups in ACP countries.
