Burkina Faso | Promotion strategy for Bagré growth pole and transaction advisory services

The Government of Burkina Faso has implemented a growth pole program, in partnership with the World Bank, in order to boost private investment and modernize the agricultural sector.

Together with IOS Partners, Red Mangrove carried out the promotion strategy of the Bagré growth pole, targeting key investors, and accompanied the recruitment process to implement viable public-private partnerships. The mission included a methodological design of the services, an analysis of project intentions, the proposal of a land allocation scheme for investors, the definition of the characteristics of investors to target and the evaluation criteria of the offers, as well as a participation in the reflections on the recruitment strategy and the structuring of transactions.
