Ivory Coast | Study for the design of new savings products for the CDC

In order to carry out its missions, the Caisse des Dépôts of Ivory Coast must seek long-term savings funds.

Through the CDC support facility lead by Expertise France, Red Mangrove is associated with GB2A Finance to conduct a study on the opportunities for new savings products in Côte d’Ivoire. Red Mangrove’s intervention focuses on financial inclusion and how to capture informal savings. After conducting a review of the decentralized financial systems and informal practices, we are considering the synergies to be built with microfinance operators and new technologies to design useful products adapted to this target.
