Guinea | Audit and strategic planning for the Investment Promotion Agency (APIP)

As part of the SME support program (PAPME), the investment promotion agency (APIP) wanted to acquire modern management tools and to re-evaluate its planning. The objective of APIP was to consider the post health crisis situation of the country and to improve its strategic positioning in relation to its main competitors.

Red Mangrove was engaged to support the implementation of an efficient organization and strategy. The services included an organizational audit, a restructuring plan including a new policy for the development of skills and the implementation of indicators to monitor the performance of the services. Based on economic analyses and benchmarks, Red Mangrove also produced a new business plan and helped to define a dynamic investment promotion strategy.
