Launched in 2019, the Catalytic Capital Consortium (C3) is an investment, capitalization, and knowledge sharing program led by the MacArthur Foundation and its strategic partners. It has initiated a grant program hosted by the New Venture Fund, which aims at producing an in-depth analysis on the use of Catalytic Capital (investment capital with which the investor accepts reduced financial expectations in order to bring about a greater social or environmental impact) as a way to foster the emergence of African entrepreneurs.

Red Mangrove supports I&P with the development of methodological framework and the conduction of analysis and interviews.
