LEBANON| Evaluation of the EU4WE project
The EU-funded project EU4WE (to promote women empowerment through entrepreneusrhip) is a 42 months’ program (2019 – 2023). It adopted an integrated and systemic approach, considering that working simultaneously on women economic empowerment, legal mechanisms and institutional mechanisms would contribute to full and unconditional equality between men and women.
Based on evaluative questions designed with the parties, Red Mangrove conducted the final evaluation of the project at a programmatic level.
