LEBANON | Support in formulating the “Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon” project

Red Mangrove supported Expertise France in formulating the final proposal for the “Women Empowerment Hub in Lebanon” (WE HUB) project. The overall aim of the project is to promote the advancement and empowerment of women in order to achieve effective equality between men and women. This support was based on a series of interviews in Lebanon and made it possible to:

  • Integrate the recommendations of the EU4WE evaluation
  • Carry out an in-depth analysis of the context, summarised in a problem tree.
  • Propose the project’s Theory of Change,
  • Propose the Action’s activities, resources and schedule
