Madagascar | Customs Administration Reform

Red Mangrove intervened with SGgroup upon request from the World Bank in order to restructure the Human Resources Management of Madagascar’s Customs.

The activities included the centralization of HR data, a mapping of employees, the development of job descriptions, a campaign to evaluate the performance of each position, a training plan and a policy of sanctions and career development and mobility. Red Mangrove has also carried out a strategic adjustment and organizational prospective work. They included a favorable development scenario, as well as an ongoing awareness campaign with the objective of instilling a performance culture.
