WORLD | Definition of targeted indicators on job quality
The Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) is an international solidarity Association that has been in existence for over 33 years, with 70 projects implemented in 15 countries.
It called upon Red Mangrove to propose a multidimensional definition of employment quality, including a gender perspective and adapted to the fields in which the IECD works. This definition includes measurable, aggregable and harmonised criteria for all projects and integrates as much as possible the expectations of the Institute’s partners.
