DRC | Organizational and gender diagnosis of ANADEC
The “Pour Elles” project aims to economically empower women in the DRC by supporting female entrepreneurs in Kinshasa, Kikwit and Bukavu. The ANADEC component of the “Pour Elles” project focuses on building the capacity of the Agence Nationale de Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat Congolais (ANADEC) to integrate a gender approach and improve its service offering. This component aims to equip ANADEC to adapt its services to the specific needs of women.
