DRC | Monitoring, evaluation and learning system – ‘Pour Elles’ project

Red Mangrove provided support for the design and development of the monitoring and evaluation system:

Carrying out a diagnostic to analyse the female entrepreneurial context in the DRC in order to refine the profile of beneficiaries and map the key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Revision of the project’s results framework (theory of change, logical framework and indicators), with the project team.
Co-construction of the project’s SERA system and the tools for collecting, centralising and displaying data. The tools developed include a scoring system to monitor the level of economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs before, at the end of and 12 months after the support.
Support for setting up the baseline study: development of the methodology and adoption of a supportive stance during data collection.
Ongoing support: team training and support for the proper deployment of the system throughout the project.
