Belgium | Design of a “diaspora toolbox”

In order to develop its engagement strategy with the diasporas originating from certain countries with which Enabel implements projects, Enabel’s Human Mobility department commissioned Red Mangrove to create a “Diaspora Toolbox” covering diaspora from Ivory Coast, Morocco, Niger, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Senegal and residing in Belgium and neighbouring countries.

 

The toolbox contains a directory of associations established in Belgium and organisations interested in the subject, reports on focus groups and quantitative analyses, a detailed bibliography of the available literature, etc.
