Cameroon | Technical assistance to the SME promotion agency

APME is the national agency in charge of animating the ecosystem supporting Cameroonian SMEs. The consortium led by Red Mangrove with its partners ACA expertise and Initiative France has been entrusted with the technical assistance in support of the development of non-financial services to APME.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED

• Support to the strategic steering and change management of APME (revision of the strategic plan, redesign of the performance management system, monitoring-evaluation-learning)
• Supporting the development and the rise of the CA-PME (decentralization of services)
• Improving and consolidating the DIFASE (SME services voucher system)
• Support for the deployment of an honorary loan fund in Obala (innovative financing)
