Comoros | Advice to elaborate a national master plan and patterns to set up Special Economic Zones
As part of its strategy aiming at “putting the company at the heart of a global system”, the Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of the Comoros (UCCIA) asked Red Mangrove to identify the economic and development opportunities and support services to be developed.

It then led to a national development and resource development plan linking economic and social considerations with environmental and urban planning concerns. This national planning scheme also included good practices for the development of Special Economic Zones as well as the analysis of potential sites and the definition of their optimal use (steps for a feasibility study).
