EU-COBA | Monitoring and evaluation system for the COBA project
The EU-COBA project was implemented by the European Commission with Expertise France, in close collaboration with the European Banking Authority, DG REFORM and DG FISMA, to improve the understanding of correspondent banking AML/CFT risks and the capabilities of Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs), supervisory/regulatory authorities and correspondent banks in EU Member States to mitigate these risks.
Red Mangrove provided the following services:
- Review of project framework documents with a view to updating them (theory of change, monitoring matrix)
- Identification of qualitative data to be collected and support for their collection
- Completion and analysis of the monitoring matrix
- Capitalising on best practice within the team
- Support in drafting the final report, including SERA recommendations
