East & Southern Africa | Operational positioning study on Migration basins

Red Mangrove is pleased to have been entrusted with the task of accompanying AFD in the realization of two operational studies with a regional dimension based on research and policy dialogue on the East and Southern African migration basins. In partnership with Frame 45 and the Africa Centre on Displacement and Migration (ACDM), the mission will produce two monographs in these two territories.

This research work will foster a policy dialogue to define operational projects that AFD can implement with stakeholders in these migration basins. The study began in July 2021 and will be completed by the end of the first half of 2022, including the organization of two workshops in Nairobi and Johannesburg.
